Crackling Energy is a class mechanic exclusive to the Sorcerer class in diablo iv, primarily interacting with lightning skills. • Charged Aspect: Collecting Crackling Energy increases movement speed by 10% for 4 seconds.
• Aspect of Splintering Energy: Grants an 11% chance when using Lightning Spear to cast another one, synergizing with Crackling Energy procs that spawn Lightning Spears.
