Before entering The Glow, take two RadX.

Enter The Glow and use the rope on the metal bar to reach the crater.

Head south, then right, then north to find the Brotherhood soldier. Take his yellow key and holodisc.

Use the yellow key on the elevator and descend to Level 2.

On Level 2, find the red key on a body in the northeast room.

Return to the elevator, use the yellow key, and go to Level 3. Kill all deactivated robots for experience.
