The City Toolbar in SimCity 2000 provides all the tools necessary to work within the simulator. Some of these functions can also be accessed through the menu bar or by using hotkeys. The functions are organized from left to right, and then from top to bottom.
For buttons that offer multiple functions, you can access a drop-down menu by holding down the mouse button until the menu appears. Once the drop-down menu is visible, you can select the various options available.
