    As Knuckles, use the Level Select menu to access Sonic's/Tails' Death Egg Zone.

    You cannot defeat the Mini-Boss in this zone as Knuckles because you cannot jump high enough.

    To continue, select Act 2 of the Death Egg Zone on the Level Select menu.

    After defeating Robotnik's Giant Robot, you will see EggRobo fly off with the Master Emerald.

    Defeat EggRobo, who will then drop the Master Emerald.

    After EggRobo drops the Master Emerald, you will be sent back to the Title Screen.
