Walkthrough

Use the Level Select option.

Navigate to Sky Sanctuary Zone to access Sonic's/Tails' battles with Mecha Sonic.

Upon arriving in the Zone, you will encounter two Knuckles characters.

Defeat Mecha Sonic three times.

After the third defeat, your Knuckles will ascend a spiral pathway and jump onto the Death Egg.

You will then enter Death Egg Zone.
