Navigate Basement 1 in The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Push blocks, use the Whirlwind, and defeat enemies to find the Boomerang and a Red Rupee.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Push the block onto the water and hop on it.
  2. 2
To move while on the block, take out the Whirlwind (a tool that creates wind), face the opposite direction you want to go, and blow.
  3. 3
Move the wind catcher to the right using the Whirlwind.
  4. 4
Head north onto land where a Freezard (an enemy that ricochets at high speeds when hit) is located.
  5. 5
Hit the Freezard so it flies into the water.
  6. 6
    Move north to another block.
  7. 7
Push this block onto the water.
  8. 8
Move left, hugging the south wall, until you see a turn.
  9. 9
Go south down that path to find a chest containing a Red Rupee.
  10. 10
Get back on the block and move back to the main watery area.
  11. 11
Kill all the Octives (enemies that throw rocks) by blowing their rocks back at them.
  12. 12
A chest will appear at the north end; open it for a piece of Treasure.
  13. 13
Head north, then west to enter a room with three Ice Keese (cold bats that freeze you on contact).
  14. 14
Use the Whirlwind to stun the Ice Keese before killing them.
  15. 15
A chest will appear for defeating them; open it to get the Boomerang.
  16. 16
You can now switch between items using the Menu button on the screen.
  17. 17
Head back east to where the pit is.
  18. 18
Hit the two switches with one throw of the Boomerang by tracing its path over them.
  19. 19
A bridge will extend; cross it.
  20. 20
    Head upstairs.
Tips
  • When using the Whirlwind to move the block, remember to face away from your desired direction of travel.
  • Be careful when fighting the Freezard; ensure it hits the water to defeat it.
  • The Boomerang can hit multiple switches at once if thrown correctly.
