    Head east on Floor 19, then go up the stairs and pick up the arrow director.

    Return to the main area and go west and south, passing a Mounted Miniblin and a ground switch.

    Place the arrow director on the decorated tile.

    Face the arrow director west.

    Stand on the ground switch to lower a nearby door.

    Use the Boomerang to hit the arrow director behind the door until it points north. You must remain on the switch for the door to stay open.
