A spoiler-free walkthrough for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, detailing how to collect all 16 hearts and 2 additional heart containers.

This is a spoiler-free version of the walkthrough. This is for those Zelda players who want a general direction of where to go, but don't want puzzles or story elements spoiled for them. This is set up as a type of checklist.

A New Era

1. Exit Niko's house and head to Alfonzo's house to the north.
2. Drive the train to Hyrule Castle Town.
3. Walk through Hyrule Castle to the throne room, get Engineer Certificate.
4. Visit Zelda at her room.
5. Help her escape to the Tower of Spirits.
6. Return to Zelda's room, following her spirit.
7. Find secret passage to Tower of Spirits after getting Recruit's Sword.

Forest Winds

1. Climb through floors 1 through 3 of the Tower of Spirits, getting Forest rail map.
2. Visit Whittleton to find clues to get through the Lost Woods.
3. Traverse the Lost Woods.
4. Solve the Forest Sanctuary puzzles, learn Song of Awakening.
5. Successfully play the duet with Gage to open up the Forest Temple.
6. Drive to the Forest Temple, learn the Song of Healing.
7. Clear the Forest Temple, defeating Stagnox, and restoring a section of the Tower of Spirits.

Helping Hyrule

1. Go through floors 4 through 7 of the Tower of Spirits, getting Snow rail map.
2. Visit Castle Town, play Take 'Em All On: level 1 for a Heart Container.
3. Pick up Alfonzo, transport him to Aboda Village. Get Stamp Book and Practical Cannon for train.
4. Collect Aboda Village Stamp, Whittleton Stamp, Forest Sanctuary Stamp, and Forest Temple Stamp.
5. Get Rabbit Net at Rabbitland Rescue.
6. Catch 4 Grass Rabbits.

Chuggin' Through Snow

1. Visit Anouki Village, help group Anoukis for village watch program.
2. Collect Anouki Village Stamp, learn Song of Discovery.
3. Capture 1 Snow Rabbit. (5 Rabbits total)
4. Return to Rabbitland Rescue to get a Heart Container.
5. Visit Snow Sanctuary, collect Snow Sanctuary Stamp.
6. Solve the stone face riddle, successfully play the duet with Steem to open up the Snow Temple.
7. Visit Wellspring Station, find Ferrus to get tips to navigate the blizzard.
8. Drive to the Snow Temple through the blizzard.
9. Clear the Snow Temple, getting the Snow Temple Stamp, defeating Fraaz, and restoring a section of the Tower of Spirits.

Helping Hyrule 2

1. Go through floors 8 through 12 of the Tower of Spirits, getting Ocean rail map.
2. Purchase Bomb Bag from Beedle.
3. Visit Hyrule Castle, get Heart Container from guard captain Russell.
4. Collect Castle Town Stamp, visit Anouki Village for hidden prizes, and Wellspring Station for the Wellspring Station Stamp.
5. Capture 6 Snow Rabbits. (11 Rabbits total)
6. Head to the Trading Post in Forest Realm, bring Bridge Worker over.
7. At Trading Post, find Regal Ring, learn Song of Light, and collect Trading Post Stamp.

Sunken Memories

1. Visit Ocean Sanctuary, solve the puzzles.
2. Head to Papuchia Village, learn Song of Birds.
3. Take Carben to Ocean Sanctuary (Force Gem #1).
4. Successfully play the duet with Carben to open up the Ocean Temple.
5. Find Ferrus, use whistle to help get underwater to enter Ocean Temple.
6. Clear the Ocean Temple, getting the Ocean Temple Stamp, defeating Phytops, and restoring a section of the Tower of Spirits.

Helping Hyrule 3

1. Go through floors 13 through 17 of the Tower of Spirits, getting Fire rail map.
2. Clear Take 'Em All On: level 2 for a Bomb Bag Upgrade.
3. Help the boy in Aboda Village (Force Gem #2).
4. Help the woman in Castle Town find her husband (Force Gem #3).
5. Capture 3 Grass Rabbits. (14 Rabbits total)
6. Play Whittleton's Whip Race minigame for a Heart Container and Bomb Bag Upgrade.
7. Help the Anouki who sells Mega Ice in Anouki Village (Force Gem #4).
8. Collect the Ocean Sanctuary and Papuchia Village Stamps.
9. Help the woman at Papuchia Village find a nice, rugged man for a husband. (Force Gem #5)
10. Capture 2 Grass Rabbits. (16 Rabbits total)
11. Capture 7 Ocean Rabbits. (23 Rabbits total)
