    Open the locked door and follow the hall to a mine cart.

    Start riding the mine cart.

    As you approach the south side, ready your Bow and aim at the eye switches.

    Shoot the eye switches in the following order: the second-from-the-left first, the left one second, the right one third, and the second-from-the-right last.

    Once all switches are shot, a part of the rail will redirect, allowing you to reach a new staircase.

    Before heading down the new staircase, get back on the minecart.

    Get out your Bow.

    As you approach the southwest corner, shoot the visible switch to redirect the rail ahead.

    This will allow you to reach an alcove containing a stamp station.

    Get your stamp.

    Ride back to where you were.

    Head downstairs.
