    From the locked door, head east to find water and an icy torch.

    Target the icy torch with the Boomerang to make it icy.

    Have the icy Boomerang hover over the water to create a temporary sheet of ice.

    Make an ice bridge to the ledge on the right and open the chest for a small key.

    Return, unlock the door, and enter the icy room.

    You will be locked in with four Freezards. Melt them by lighting your Boomerang with the fiery torch. They will turn into Octoroks; defeat them.

    The doors will open, including the east one. Head east, but do not fall into the water.

    Create a sheet of ice to reach the northeast corner of the room where a stamp station awaits. Get stamped.

    Kill all remaining Octives. A chest will appear in the northwest corner near the staircase.
