    After decorating your twelfth vacation home, Lottie will present the next abandoned facility as a potential beachside Café.

    You will also unlock the Restaurant facility at this time. You can choose to decorate either first.

    Decorate the exterior of the Café by repainting the roof, door, walls, and awning.
