Hey there! So, sometimes your villagers might get a little under the weather. When that happens, it's super important to help them out, not just because you're a good neighbor, but because it actually helps your friendship with them grow!

Here's the lowdown:

Finding them sick: You'll usually find a sick villager in their house, looking all shivery and sneezy in their pajamas. The moment you see them like this, pop in and chat. Ignoring them when they're feeling down is a big no-no and will hurt your friendship score. When you talk to them, they'll let you know they need some medicine.

Getting the medicine: You've got a couple of options here. You can either whip up some medicine yourself using 3 weeds and a wasp nest (if you've got those handy!), or you can just pop over to Nook's Cranny and buy some. Seriously, do this as soon as you can. If you don't, your villager won't magically get better the next day, and you'll keep taking a hit to your friendship because you're not helping them. Also, don't just *say* you have medicine if you don't actually give it to them – that'll mess up your friendship too!

The reward: Once you hand over that much-needed medicine, your villager will be super grateful. As a thank you, they'll usually give you a gift. It's a nice little bonus for being a good friend!
