Assassin's Creed Syndicate: Hunt Maude Foster

This is one of the easier Bounty Hunt missions, provided you're patient. The restricted area with the target is in a small park right below the central viewpoint in the City of London borough, on the northeast side of the large building.

Walkthrough

Fast travel to the viewpoint. Work your way to the northeast corner of the building to get a view of the park below. You won't be able to tag enemies from this height, but you can spot a ledge to jump from. Aim for the haystack in the park below for a leap of faith.

Once you land in the haystack, assassinate the Thug leaning against it. Stick on Eagle Vision to keep track of the target. She'll be walking laps around the circular path in the center of the park and will pass right by your haystack.

Wait for her to walk past before hopping out. Grab her from behind, but be absolutely sure no other Thugs are looking your way when you do.

After nabbing the target, walk her out of the restricted zone and into a carriage. Deliver her to the drop-off point to complete the activity.
