Continue this until you can use the Rope Launcher to reach the final building. Climb up and interact with the last fuse box.

Once all three fuses are disabled, head back to Bell, who's waiting where we entered the area.

Next, we need to make our way back across the bridge – grab another carriage to speed things up. Your task is to find and loot two chests.

Each chest is guarded by a group of enemies. Before you go in, use your Eagle Vision to scan the area and tag everyone. Prioritize taking out the lookouts and snipers quietly if you can, then deal with the regular thugs.

After looting both chests, a crafting tutorial will pop up. You'll need to go into the Crafting > Upgrades menu and craft 'Smoke Bomb Upgrade I' to proceed.
