- 3The Eastern Building: Deal with the Sniper on the eastern building's roof. Move to the north end of the roof and look down to find another group of children guarded by two patrolling Blighters. Wait for them both to reach the children. As the first one starts to walk away, perform an air assassination on the other from the rooftop. Quickly liberate the children [Children 3/4] and use your Rope Launcher to get back to the rooftop.
- 4Final Group: Find the open skylight on the southern side of the rooftop and head inside. Use Eagle Vision to spot the last group of three children [Children 4/4] on the ground floor. Position yourself above them using the top girders. Wait for the Blighter guarding them to get close, then perform an air assassination. Interact with the children as fast as you can – if you're too slow, someone might hit the alarm!
