Alright, let's get this 'Defamation' memory sorted. After you chat with Darwin to kick things off, just head down the alleyway right in front of you. It leads to the main street and your objective marker. As you get close, you'll see some punk jump a paper boy and then bolt. That's who we need to catch.

This whole memory is basically one long chase, and it shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. Don't stress too much if you can't catch the guy right away, because it looks like you can't actually tackle him until a specific event happens at the very end. So, just focus on keeping up.

Keep an eye out during the chase, especially when you need to cross roads. There are some seriously aggressive drivers out there – more than usual, even! If you're not careful, they can totally flatten you. Other than that, it's a pretty standard pursuit.
