Make sure it's a clean kill! Alternatively, wait for him to stop by the fire barrel and perform an air assassination when he's not looking. Remember, the goal is to do this undetected!

Clear the remaining enemies: With the Leader dealt with, you can take on the rest of the Blighters however you like. Just be thorough and clear them all out.

Rescue the Rooks: You'll find the first captive Rook near where you dealt with the Leader. The second one is in the southeast corner of the restricted area. Make sure you rescue and protect them both to complete the optional objective.
