    Start on a train; use whistle to lure a guard for a cover assassination.

    Use a throwing knife to kill the Thug ahead.

    Once in the target room, sneak up on the two Thugs speaking with a prisoner.

    Throw a smoke grenade as prompted, then attack and eliminate both Thugs. A scene will play.

    Return to the building on the southwest side.
