Alright, so you've made it to the Hidden Valley! This part of the game happens pretty late, after you get your flight back. You'll want to head to a new Whale Way Station called First Forest, which is just north of Yggdrasil. Look for a Sparkly Spot there – it'll have a Silkblossom. The Tockle you need for this quest will be hanging out nearby, chilling on a fallen tree.

Walkthrough

When you first enter the Hidden Valley, head north. You'll spot some NPCs chasing after a Slime. Go talk to that Slime – surprise! It's actually a human named Eliza. She accidentally turned herself into a monster with a spell and then got cursed by another monster.

To break the curse and turn back into a human, Eliza needs a Supreme Sage's Staff. This is a weapon you can craft using the Fun-Size Forge. If you don't have the recipe for it yet, don't worry, we'll track it down.

The recipe, called Sage Advice, is hidden in a chest at the Sniflheim Whale Way Station. You'll need the Ultimate Key to open the door to get to it.

Once you have the recipe, you'll need to gather some materials to forge the Supreme Sage's Staff: three pieces of Wyrmwood, two Spellbound Boughs, a Sage's Elixir, and two Thinkessences.

You can buy the Thinkessences, and a Sage's Elixir is pretty easy to snag from the Octagonia Casino.

For the Spellbound Boughs, the First Forest area has two Sparkly Spots that'll give you one each. Easy peasy.

As for the Wyrmwood, there's a tree gathering spot at the Gallopolis Whale Way Station that yields two pieces. You can also find another spot for Wyrmwood near the landing area in First Forest.

Don't stress about the quality of the materials; just forge the staff. Once it's made, bring it back to Eliza. The game will automatically use the staff on her, turning her back into a human.

Quest complete! Your reward for all this is some Crimsonite.

Tips

Don't forget to grab the Wyrmwoods from the Gallopolis Whale Way Station and the Spellbound Boughs from the First Forest Sparkly Spots.
The Sage's Elixir can be obtained from the Octagonia Casino if you're having trouble finding it elsewhere.
