Head back to Lonalulu. You're looking for a man who's hanging out under the pier. He's got a problem and needs your help.

Talk to him and agree to help him find his missing property. He's lost something important!

The item he's looking for is a Carved Figure. You'll need to do a bit of sailing for this. Set sail north from Lonalulu towards Insula Orientalis.

Once you dock on Insula Orientalis, make your way to the east side of the island, along the shore. You should find the Carved Figure there.

Once you've got the Carved Figure, use the Zoom spell to head straight back to Lonalulu.

Hand the Carved Figure over to the man under the pier to complete the quest.

Tips

Make sure you have the Green Orb before you start this quest, as it's a prerequisite for some events that might lead to this point.
Insula Orientalis is a pretty small island, so you shouldn't have much trouble finding the Carved Figure once you're on the eastern shore.
