Jade is a physical powerhouse and should almost always be on your team. This guide covers her Spears, Claws, Fisticuffs, and Allure skill trees, detailing their abilities and recommended progression.

Spears

Spears are Jade's best weapon, granting access to critical-hit inducing moves like Thunder Thrust and Lightning Thrust, invaluable for grinding Metal Slimes. Party Pooper provides an early group-attacking skill. Multithrust is a powerful attack, dealing four hits that amount to three times the damage of a normal attack, and is deadly against single targets.

Claws

While Claws are generally outshined by Spears, they can boost critical hit rate. Jade and Rab share most Claw abilities. Hawkeye Claw cannot miss, but Hard Claw is the best, hitting three times for around 3.6 times normal attack damage. Jade absorbs HP when using Claws, unlike Rab's MP absorption, allowing her to sustain herself.

Fisticuffs

Initially less appealing, the Fisticuffs tree offers Vacuum Smash, an all-enemy wind elemental attack. Harvest Moon deals more damage, especially to flying enemies. Later, Multifeet becomes available, a seven-hit attack on a group or single enemy, surpassing Multithrust in damage and having no lowered critical hit chance.

Allure

Similar to Fisticuffs, the Allure tree starts weak but gains key skills. Abilities here rely on Jade's Charm stat. Pink Typhoon and its stronger version, Pink Tornado, hit all enemies and are wind elemental. Femme Fatale is an elemental-free all-enemy attack.
