Quinn Recruitment Guide

Learn how to recruit Quinn in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. This guide details Quinn's location, the Den of the Dunes dungeon, and the Oyamatsumi boss fight strategy.

Head to the northern part of Impershi’arc to find Quinn. After she requests to join, you'll be transported to the Den of the Dunes.

Den of the Dunes Chests:

• Chest 1: Rune of Ground Shatter
• Chest 2: Beetle Headgear
• Chest 3: Monster Attract Charm
• Chest 4: Faded Book, Chapter 16
• Chest 5: Brown Symbol
• Chest 6: Avocado Sushi Recipe
• Chest 7: Rune of Prevention
• Chest 8: Rune of Enchantment

Finding The Oyamatsumi:

The main objective is to find the Oyamatsumi by approaching burrows. You must encounter it multiple times before its final form appears. Use basic attacks on its initial forms as they have low HP. The Oyamatsumi has 5,541 HP on Normal Difficulty. Use basic attacks until you have enough SP for Hero Combos or Water-based spells to exploit its elemental weakness.

Oyamatsumi Attacks:

• Calamity Pillar: Deals 30-40 damage to party members directly in front. Can be used twice in succession.
• Desert Horn: Goes underground and deals 150+ damage to one party member.

Oyamatsumi often combines Desert Horn and Calamity Pillar each turn, so keep your healer ready.

Den of the Dune Chest Locations:

1. Chest 1: Westernmost point of the lower island. Contains Rune of Ground Shatter.
2. Chest 2: Southwest from Chest 1. Contains Beetle Headgear.
3. Chest 3: Easternmost point of the lower island. Contains Monster Attract Charm.
4. Chest 4: After interacting with a nearby plant from Chest 3, in the mid-section. Contains Faded Book, Chapter 16.
5. Chest 5: After interacting with the plant on the right side of the mid-section. Contains Brown Symbol.
6. Chest 6: After interacting with the plant on the left side of the mid-section. Contains Avocado Sushi Recipe.
7. Chest 7: After interacting with the plant against the back wall in the mid-section, on a ledge. Contains Rune of Prevention.
8. Chest 8: Western side of the upper portion of the main island. Contains Rune of Enchantment.
