To unlock the Theater building in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, you must first recruit Clarke. This becomes possible after completing story segments in Ardinale City involving both Seign and Nowa. Head to the eastern side of Ardinale City and find Clarke near the fountain. He will ask for a specific script, which is The Star-Cross’d Lovers. This script is a Rare Shop Item, meaning it doesn't always appear in shops and its inventory updates roughly every 30 minutes.
Once you have acquired The Star-Cross’d Lovers script, return it to Clarke to recruit him. After recruiting Clarke, you can build the Theater at your HQ, located south of the Hot Springs.
There are a total of five scripts needed for the Theater. Four of them are Rare Shop Items, and one, The Rising Script, becomes available near the end of the game after liberating Eltisweiss.
Script Locations
Here are the locations for all five Theater Scripts:
- The Star-Cross’d Lovers — Ardinale City shop (30% chance)
- Red Riding Hood — Kyshiri Village; Leene’s Room
- Cinderella — Treefolk Village shop (20% chance)
- Forest Musicians — Yarnaan shop (10% chance)
- Rising — Eltisweiss shop (10% chance)
Note that Yarnaan becomes inaccessible for a period during the main story but can be revisited later. The Rising Script is only obtainable after liberating Eltisweiss, which occurs near the end of the game.
S-Ranking Theater Scripts
After obtaining all five scripts, you can speak to Clarke at the Theater to begin performing plays. Each script has multiple roles that can be assigned to your characters. The goal is to achieve an S-Rank on each play.

Achieving an S-Rank on any play will earn you the A Distinguished Theater trophy/achievement. While only one S-Rank is needed for this achievement, all five scripts are required to complete all HQ blueprints for the Town-Building Hero trophy/achievement.
