Find Prize Wheel Lottery in Like a Dragon: Ishin!

The Prize Wheel Lottery is not marked on the map, but it can be found in Fushimi. Look for two small buildings at the end of Fushimi Ichibangai street, adjacent to Daruma Eatery. These buildings house the Prize Wheel Lottery vendors.

The lottery becomes available at the start of Chapter 2. Each spin costs 5 lottery tickets, which can be acquired by searching shiny spots on the map or, more effectively, by purchasing goods from shops. The more you spend, the more tickets you earn.

There are different prize wheels: the basic one (5 tickets per spin), the Lucky Prize Wheel (7 tickets per spin), and the Rare Prize Wheel (5 tickets per spin), which unlocks after spending 50 tickets on the regular stall. The Lucky Rare Prize Wheel costs 10 tickets per spin.

A helpful strategy is to save your game before spinning. If you don't get the desired prizes, reload your save. Prizes you've already obtained will have a pink icon next to them.
