Your first option is super straightforward: just head over to the Uorin Fish Market on Fushimi Ichibangai. You can buy any fish there; honestly, just grab the cheapest one. It won't cost you much at all.

Alternatively, you can actually go fishing yourself. There are two spots available: one for river fishing and another for sea fishing (which has two separate locales). It doesn't really matter which one you pick since you only need one fish. If you're feeling generous, you could even catch a few extra to help boost your bond with the fisherman.
