Alright, so Chapter 10 in Like a Dragon: Ishin! is your last shot at picking up any new substories. There are only two left, and they both have a little something you need to do first. The first one, 'Brawler Enlightened,' needs you to have finished up 'Brawler for Hire' and 'Brawler Incarnate,' which you can find over in Mukurogai. The second one is the super boss, Amon. He's a real tough cookie, and you can only take him on after you've cleared every single substory and all the Battle Dungeons in the game.

Don't sweat it if you haven't finished everything by this point, though! You can totally still unlock Amon later. You can knock out the remaining substories in future chapters or jump into Premium Adventure mode once you beat the main story. That mode lets you roam around freely without pushing the main plot, which really speeds things up for hunting down those last few substories.
