Walkthrough
- 1The Arena can be accessed as early as Chapter 2 when you first enter Mukurogai.
- 2Mukurogai is located south of the Scarecrow Chateau and can be entered via the Boatman or a large gate with a guard.
- 3From the Boatman entrance, take the west path past the Mahjong Spot.
- 4Turn right at the Arms Dealer and take the stairs up.
- 5Continue up both sets of stairs until you see a door with people sitting nearby. This is the Arena entrance.
- 6The Arena will not appear on the map until you reach the second floor.
- 7Inside the Arena, you can access your inventory and a Kiosk.
- 8Talk to the Arena Receptionist to choose from four options: Compete, Spend Points, Opponents, or Rules.
What You Can Do in the Arena:
- Compete: Start a Knockout Match or Hundred-Man Beatdown.
- Spend Points: Access the Arena Shop to buy items with fighting orbs (currency).
- Opponents: View all defeated enemies, their drops, and your win/loss record against them.
- Rules: Review the Arena's rules.
Knockout Match:
- Consists of seven tournaments: Baptism by Fire, Proving Grounds, Weapon Savants, Barehanded War, Frenzy of Blades, The Loaded Chamber, and the Banquet of Might (the last is locked initially).
- Each tournament has five matches.
- Your health carries over between matches, and you cannot heal unless you have specific equipment.
- Competitors and drops are randomized for each tournament.
Hundred-Man Beatdown:
- Challenge yourself against 100 enemies.
- Mini-bosses appear at regular intervals.
- You can use Swordsman, Gunman, Wild Dancer, and Brawler Styles.
Arena Rewards:
- Earn fighting orbs (currency) by completing tournaments.
- Spend points in the Arena Shop.
- Notable items include the Golden Sword, Ebisu’s Eboshi, and Alertness Hood, each costing 250,000 points.
- Rare materials for Smithing, such as Silver Hammers, are also available.
