Hug the alley's wall to avoid the third dog and enter the next door.
In the 304 Maintenance Access area, take the DOWNTOWN MAP from the left wall.
Proceed towards the intersection where a cutscene introduces the Drain Deimos. Defeat it with the SHOTGUN or HANDGUN (aiming upwards to drop a pallet).
