Tips
  • When returning to the elevator from the basement, if no Zombies were in Hospital Hallway B3 (508), you will encounter two Hunter Betas. Target off-screen explosives with R2 and fire to take out at least one. Use R1 to target unseen enemies around blind corners.
  • If Carlos encounters a horde of Zombies in Hospital Hallway B3 (508) upon elevator arrival, use the ASSAULT RIFLE. If no Zombies are present, they will appear on 4F or 1F.
  • In Lab Storage (509), check lockers near metal shelves for H.GUN BULLETS; if not found, they will appear later in 505 Data Room.
  • Look for two GREEN HERBS behind the shelves in Lab Storage (509) or in Room 407 (507).
  • If you are collecting Files in order, you may want to wait to grab the MEDICAL INSTRUCTION MANUAL(#22) until after obtaining #21 from 505 Data Room.
