In 301 Parking Garage, grab the POWER CABLE if you haven't already.

In 115 Hose Alley, use the WRENCH on the FIRE HOSE to collect it. Backtrack through the fence and enter the door on Jill's left.

In 114 Zigzag Alley, quickly run past two Drain Deimoses or Brain Suckers and an explosive barrel.

In 113 Police Avenue, move quickly towards the Blazing Alley exit to avoid seven zombie cops or three dogs.

In 111 Blazing Alley, use the FIRE HOSE on the dripping hydrant to put out the fire and head through the new path.

In 117 Residential Alley, collect the two BLUE HERBS.

In 118 Office Patio, defeat two Drain Deimoses or Brain Suckers, ideally by targeting the explosive barrel. Find the CRANK on some brown bags (it becomes the SQUARE CRANK when checked in your inventory). Enter the Sales Office.

In 119 Sales Office, a cutscene plays with either Carlos or Nicholai depending on your Live Selection 2-A or 2-B choice. Examine the glimmer on the large white table to receive the MANAGER'S REPORT (#14). Search the glimmer again to turn on a television and see a commercial for an Umbrella product. Use the computer monitor and enter the product name (ADRAVIL, AQUACURE, or SAFSPRIN) as the password. Find an INK RIBBON on the far side of the table. Check the open drawer in the northeast corner for a BUSINESS FAX (#15).

In 120 Office Storage, run to the far end, noting steam valves. Collect three GUNPOWDER A and three GUNPOWDER B if not found previously. Grab the OIL ADDITIVE. Head back to trigger a cutscene with invading Zombies.

When control is restored, aim for the steam valve and fire just before the first Zombie reaches it to defeat many enemies. Use the second valve if needed, then proceed to the door.

In 119 Sales Office, dodge six scattered Zombies. Use the SHOTGUN if needed. Slip past a final Zombie in the entrance foyer.

Head back through 118 Office Patio and 117 Residential Alley.

In 111 Blazing Alley, if you didn't encounter Nemesis at the Substation, you will meet him here. He will break open a wall hydrant in a cutscene. Avoid him and duck into the Storeroom. If you K.O. Nemesis, you may receive M37 PARTS A if it's your fourth item case.
