    At 314 Statue Junction, Nemesis appears. You can either fight him or run past him.

    If you choose to fight Nemesis, use Freeze Rounds from your Grenade Launcher until he drops his item case.

    After dealing with Nemesis, proceed towards the cable car to 315 Take-out Alley.

    At 316 Lonsdale Yard, the ground will shake and you will fall into a hole.

    You will find yourself in 326 Lonsdale Passage, an underground corridor with two alcoves.

    Inside each alcove is an electrical panel; both must be activated to drop a ladder for escape.

    The Grave Digger will attack from the alcoves while you try to activate the panels.

    After the cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) ends, quickly enter the alcove to Jill's right and examine the first panel to turn it on.

    Go for the second panel in the opposite alcove. You may need to lure the Digger away from one panel by baiting it towards the other.

    Alternatively, you can attack the Grave Digger with heavy weaponry (Acid Rounds work well) and then turn on both power panels. You will still need to bait the Digger to appear in one of the alcoves before shooting.

    Once both switches are on, examine the ladder once to drop it, then check it again to climb out.

    Proceed to 317 Cable Car Station.

    At 318 Rear Cable Car, finish repairing the cable car with any remaining POWER CABLE, FUSE, and MIXED OIL.

    Carlos will arrive in a cutscene. If you chose to RUN TO THE BASEMENT and escaped the Restaurant through the duct, or chose to JUMP OUT OF THE WINDOW at the Newspaper Office, the cutscene ends normally. Otherwise, Carlos will offer you a bonus pack of FLAME ROUNDS.

    Head to the front of the cable car (319 Front Cable Car) when ready.

    After a cutscene at 319 Front Cable Car, return to 318 Rear Cable Car to investigate.

    Nemesis will appear for an optional boss fight: the Nemesis Cable Car Battle. You can skip this fight by returning through the door to the front cable car. Nemesis does not drop an item case if defeated here.

    If you fight Nemesis, use your best weapons in the cramped space. Create space to fire a shot or two, then dodge around his right (Jill's left) side.

    After Nemesis is defeated or you leave, Mikhail sacrifices himself, blowing Nemesis out of the cable car.

    This leads to Live Selection #5: JUMP OUT OF THE WINDOW, USE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE, or DO NOTHING.

    The next chapter, Chapter 5: Time to Kill, begins with entering the Clock Tower. The starting room depends on your Live Selection choice.
