In the 406 Study, use the CHRONOS KEY (combined Winder Key and Chronos Chain) to unlock the north door.

Proceed to 410 Spotlight Balcony. As you approach the door, Nemesis will appear, triggering Live Selection #6.

USE THE LIGHT: Jill blinds Nemesis with the spotlight. He falls off the balcony, staying off your tail until his mandatory battle, but you miss an item case.

USE THE CORD: Jill electrocutes Nemesis with a power cable. He recovers quickly and will reappear in the next few rooms. You gain an item case.

DO NOTHING: Nemesis attacks Jill directly.

If you chose to USE THE CORD, Nemesis will reappear within the next few rooms. If you previously chose to use the cord, defeating Nemesis here will not yield another item case. If this is your sixth item case and you did not use the cord, defeating Nemesis will yield a FIRST AID BOX.

Continue to 412 Web Gallery. Nemesis stops following Jill here. Search the webbed mercenary corpse for GRENADE ROUNDS. Evade three Giant Spiders.

Move to 413 Art Gallery. Examine the deceased couple to find the MERC'S POCKETBOOK (#19). In the back room, collect M.T. ROUNDS from a table. A large bell blocks the rear exit but is too heavy to move.

Return to the three statue busts. Examine each to obtain the AMBER, OBSIDIAN, and CRYSTAL BALLS.

Examine the three paintings on the nearby wall. Use the postcard from the Study for a clue. The phrase "Put your hands together" indicates the center painting's clock hands need to be set to 12:00.

Place the three BALLS on each of the frames' trays. The center clock will move forward or backward in one-hour increments. Use the provided charts to determine the correct jewel placement based on the starting position of the center painting's clock hands.

Once the puzzle is solved, collect the GOLD GEAR.

Return to 411 Machinery Room. Combine the SILVER GEAR and GOLD GEAR to create the CHRONOS GEAR.

Use the CHRONOS GEAR on the machinery access panel near the Item Box to activate the Clock Tower's bell and signal the escape chopper.

Before leaving, equip yourself with heavy weapons, ample ammo, and at least two full-healing items. Save your game.

Return to 410 Spotlight Balcony and enter the door to trigger the cutscene.
