    In Room 507 (Room 402), push the medical cabinet into the correct corner to mirror Room 401's placement. If incorrect, Carlos gets shocked and the room resets.

    Solving the cabinet puzzle reveals a wall safe. Enter the three-digit code (104, 253, 325, or 531) obtained from Room 401 to get the VACCINE BASE.

    In 403 Chapel, check on Jill to trigger a cutscene where Carlos administers the Vaccine. Jill is now back in control.
