Walkthrough

    Solve the combination puzzle in Treatment Control. The solutions are: Combination 3: A: Right once, B: Right once, C: Left twice. Combination 4: A: Left 4x, B: Right twice, C: Left twice.

    Stand in front of the ultraviolet machine on the right in Treatment Control and use your FACILITY KEY to insert it into the slot. This adds a special code pattern to the key fob.

    Grab the SYSTEM DISK from the Item Box in 708 Sewage Monitoring.

    Head to the Treatment Control room (704).

    Go through the newly unlocked door in 704 Treatment Control.

    In 710 Disposal Access, walk forward to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).

    Stand in front of a slot in the wall and use the SYSTEM DISK to unlock the next door.

    Proceed to 711 B.O.W. Disposal. You will be locked in with a four-minute timer.

    Nemesis Factory Battle: Lure Nemesis near one of the valves, aim at the valve with R2, and shoot it to spray acid onto Nemesis. Avoid the acid spray. A green progress meter on each valve indicates when it can dispense another load of acid. The first spray severely hurts Nemesis, the second takes his head off, and a third spray finishes him. Heavy weapons and Freeze Rounds are also effective.

    You need a minimum of around 20 seconds left on the clock once Nemesis falls to escape the room alive, accounting for the post-fight cutscene and escape time.

    Once Nemesis is defeated, take the CARD KEY that fell out of a corpse's coat pocket.

    Use the CARD KEY on the blinking panel next to the door in 711 B.O.W. Disposal to unlock it.

    Make your way to 701 Factory Hallway.

    If you want the Rocket Launcher: Go to 702 Factory Lounge and grab the FACILITY KEY from the Item Box if you don't have it.

    Go to 703 Steam Room, use the CARD KEY on the reader, and take the elevator down.

    Go to 712 Armory. Pick up the two packs of GRENADE ROUNDS.

    Use the FACILITY KEY on the right locker at the opposite end of the room and claim the ROCKET LAUNCHER.

Tips
  • In 706 Decomposing Pool, make use of the barrel to eliminate some enemies on your way back to the elevator.
  • Nemesis's tentacle attacks in the factory battle can be difficult to avoid.
  • The acid spray valves in the factory battle are a convenient way to damage Nemesis.
  • If you're finding it difficult to get Nemesis into position for an acid shower, heavy weapons can help.
  • Freeze Rounds are very effective against Nemesis in the factory battle.
  • There are six new zombies that have appeared in 704 Treatment Control after the Nemesis fight.
