- Normal Attack: 0.8x & Fury damage in a large, irregular area, approximately 8 hits.
- Normal Attack (Anti-Back): 2.0x HP, 0.1x MP, approximately 8 hits. Effect: Confusion.
- Normal Attack (U): 1.3x HP & 0.1x MP damage in a long, wide path, approximately 10 hits. Effect: Paralysis.

- Ether Strike (U): 5.0x HP, 0.3x MP, approximately 10-20 hits, massive area. Effect: Paralysis. This attack is extremely powerful and difficult to survive. Characters can only outrun it if they are very fast and not caught by the warm-up energy blast. If Freya uses it in a corner, adjacent corners might be safe if she is not facing them.

- Phase 2 (below 30% HP): Ether Strike is used frequently, and Freya does not use spells. She is more susceptible to stealth.
Tips for Fighting Freya
- Freya is a very difficult boss, similar to Lenneth but more dangerous due to her ultimate attack's area and lack of health restriction.
- To survive her weaker attacks, you can max out your HP using berries to enable No Guard.
- Freya's main weakness is her speed. Use a distract-and-punish strategy by having one character strike her while she is moving towards another. This requires going all-manual.
- If all-manual with three characters is too difficult, try with two. Keep the action in one corner while a support character (preferably with Thunder Flare, like Sophia, Adray, or Nel) stays in the opposite corner. If your DPS character falls, revive them quickly to prevent Freya from targeting your support. If she does, run to evade her.
- For the BTs (Battle Trophies), use Mirage or Fayt with 5,000+ DFP on Normal difficulty. On higher difficulties, use Energy Burst with stun bomb spam.
- If Peppita is in your active party, use her invincible Dream Hammer. Start a Dream Hammer chain, use Roe Tablets or Shielding Device, and attack. About 15 Dream Hammers should defeat her, though it may take more as she can sometimes ignore Peppita.
