Details on Raging Helmet, Bug Triad, Star Fall, and Adray's battle skills in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time Part 70.

Skills:

  • Raging Helmet: Lv50, 10% usage, 20/47 CP cost. Deals 0.735x to 1.05x HP damage over 6 hits, taking 3.9s (3.1s) to execute with a 2.1s startup time and medium area of effect.
  • Bug Triad: MoT2, 10% usage, 30/65 CP cost. Summons bugs that attack enemies for 7 seconds at Lv1, with a 2.1s regain control time and 1.6s cancel time. Deals 0.42x HP and 0.008x MP damage per hit, with approximately 10 hits. More hits occur if Roger is hit, but these are not affected by cancel bonus. Recommended for defensive setups.
  • Star Fall: S202, 15% usage, 50/92 CP cost. Deals 0.2x HP and 0.004x MP damage (or 0.3x HP and 0.008x MP) in a very large area. Acquired late in the game, but not recommended.

Adray - Normal Attacks:

  • SR: Fury t1 at 0.37s, t2 at 0.45s.
  • LR: Fury t1 at 1.1s, t2 at 1.05s.

SR skip cancels can be difficult due to Adray's acceleration. Adray can set five battle skills: Fire Bolt, Ice Needles, Lightning Blast, Earth Glaive, and Southern Cross. While these elemental spells can deal decent damage with high Intelligence, they are not generally recommended for damage output. A cancel multiplier reset bug may affect skip-canceling.

Adray - Battle Skills:

  • Charge: Def, 5% usage, 20/42 CP cost. Deals 1.5x HP and 0.1x MP damage, with a 0.85s execution time (0.4s with skip cancel). Limited by lack of Berserk and Adray's acceleration.
  • Chaos Tide: Lv20, 6% usage, 20/47 CP cost. Deals 0.525x HP and 0.155x MP damage with Fury damage over a long distance. Similar to Charge but with lower HP damage and occasional enemy knockdown.
  • Aerial: Lv22, 5% usage, 20/42 CP cost. Deals 1.5x HP and 0.1x MP damage, with a 1.5s execution time (0.9s with skip cancel). Covers a small area with light float, useful for juggling if Adray doesn't need to move. Cannot be used for Hyper Charge.
  • Titan Fist: Lv30, 8% usage, 20/47 CP cost. Deals 2.1x HP and 0.21x MP damage in a medium area, taking 5.5s to hit (2.7s with skip cancel) after a 2.4s startup. Good ranged damage, but Adray steps forward, preventing chaining with normal attacks. Has knockback but is not reliable. Chaining with itself is possible on Disc 1 but not recommended on Disc 2 due to enemies with WAH. May miss if the enemy moves.
  • Increase MP Damage: Lv32. Boosts Adray's long-range normal attacks from 0.15x and 0.25x MP damage to 0.38x and 0.52x.
  • Berserk: Lv35.
  • Southern Cross: Lv40, 8% usage, 30/60 CP cost. Minimum 250 MP cost, making it unusable upon learning. MP damage is not very useful in Disc 2.
  • No Guard: Lv46.
  • Sea Gate: Lv50, 10% usage, 25/52 CP cost. Deals 1.57x HP and 0.157x MP damage (half for re-entry) in a medium area, with a 2.2s execution time (1.5s with skip cancel). Similar DPS to Titan Fist.
  • Sirocco: UCT3, 10% usage, 26/55 CP cost. Also known as Spicule. Deals 0.525x HP and 0.03x MP damage over 7 hits in a large area with knockdown, taking 12s (10s) to execute after a 3.3s startup. Not recommended.
  • Emotion Torrent: S156, 12% usage, 20/47 CP cost. Deals 1.05x HP and 0.105x MP damage over 4 hits in a very large area with knockdown, taking 5.5s (5.0s) to execute. Adray creates a random elemental object. Skip-canceling may result in only 2 hits.

Adray - Auxiliary Battle Skills:

  • Increase HP Damage (4 CP): Increases base HP damage multipliers. Proficiency gained even if attacks are blocked.
  • Increase MP Damage (4 CP): Increases base MP damage multipliers. Attacks with no MP damage gain a multiplier of 0.15x to 0.18x.
  • Increase HP/MP Damage (Mildewed Tome) (2 CP): Increases base HP and MP damage multipliers.
  • Loot Item (Dated Tome) (2 CP): Low chance for enemies to drop their item when knocked down.
  • Critical Hit (2 CP): Chance of dealing critical hits dealing ~1.3x damage and potentially stunning enemies. Activation rate increases with leveling, but stun chance remains low. Can be improved with equipment.
  • Stun (2 CP): Chance of inflicting Stun, with a ~25% activation rate at Lv10. Useful with attribute transfer, but IHPD may be better.
  • Drain (Musty Tome) (2 CP): Chance to reduce enemy Fury to 50%.
