Explore Albel's Goumashou and Roger's Charge, among other skills, in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. Learn their stats and effects.

Albel's Skills:

Mashouheki (Lv32): Costs 8% HP, 25/45 MP. Deals 0.028x MP damage over 5 seconds with 26 hits and juggle properties. Creates a damaging energy shield. Regain control shortly after activation. The AI cannot be trusted with this move as it often fails to keep enemies within the shield.

Charge (Lv32): Costs 5% HP, 20/42 MP. Deals 2.2x damage with knockdown.

Souhazan (Lv35): Costs 5% HP, 20/40 MP. A Double Slash that deals 0.735x damage over 2 hits with knockdown.

Makousen (Lv40): Costs 20% MP, 20/40 MP. Deals 0.525x HP and 0.04x MP damage with drain and medium area effect. Consumes 8/12 Fury. The MP cost is steep at 500 MP minimum, but can be drained back.

Goumashou (Lv45): Costs 10% HP, 25/52 MP. Deals 0.735x HP and 0.04x MP damage with Fury damage, a maximum of 6 hits, knockdown, and lasts 2.7 seconds. This is Albel's best move.

Kouryuuha (Lv50): Costs 12% HP, 30/62 MP. Deals 0.315x HP and 0.03x MP damage with approximately 12 hits, juggle properties, and lasts 5.5 seconds (2.5 seconds to start). Too slow and does not chain well.

Mugen Kuuhazan (MoT6): Costs 12% HP, 20/47 MP. Deals 0.63x HP and 0.03x MP damage, consuming 5/10 Fury per hit. Used closer than regular Kuuhazan. Half of the hits may miss enemies with small hit boxes.

Mugen Souhazan (S135): Costs 12% HP, 20/47 MP. A Double Slash of Fury that deals 0.63x damage, consuming 5/10 Fury per Kogahazan, with juggle properties. Albel moves forward during the move, making walls an issue. The AI cancels this move.

Roger's Skills:

Normal Attacks:

• Fury: t1 12, 0.3s; t2 12, 0.9s (Fury damage).
• aR: Fury 12, 0.45s; t2 12, 0.6s (Fury damage).

Fiery Axe (Def): Costs 5% HP, 10/35 MP. Deals 1.57x damage with knockdown, lasting 4.0 seconds (2.8 seconds to hit). Sometimes creates a small explosion for a couple of hits at 25% damage. Considered the worst move in the game.

Whirling Heat (Lv10): Costs 5% HP, 12/42 MP. Deals 1.05x to 1.5x damage over 2.3 seconds (1.9s, 1.5s to hit). Causes Confusion. Spins the enemy, ignoring knockdown invincibility. The AI does not cancel from this move due to no actual damage.

Charge (Lv12): Costs 5% HP, 20/42 MP. Deals 2.2x damage over 0.45 seconds (0.4s). Offers high HP DPS but is difficult to chain and may trigger the Charge bug on the PAL-version.

Land Mines (Lv15): Costs 5% HP, 15/40 MP. Deals 0.735x damage after a 4.5s setup. Roger can move while laying mines (4 at Lv1, 6 at Lv3, 8 at Lv6, 10 at Lv8). Explosions can juggle enemies and cause Confusion. Unbearably slow.

Berserk (Lv18)

Flying Torpedo (Lv20): Costs 6% HP, 20/57 MP. Deals 2.1x HP and 0.21x MP damage with Fury damage. Launches at the enemy, grapples, then performs a non-damaging knockdown hit. If missed, Roger ends up far from the target. Bosses are immune to the stun but not the knockdown.

Aerial (Lv21): Costs 5% HP, 20/42 MP. Deals 1.5x HP and 0.1x MP damage with knockdown.

Piercing Claw (Lv25): Costs 6% HP, 15/40 MP. Deals 0.735x HP and 0.07x MP damage over 3 hits (2 hits in 1.85s) lasting 2.25 seconds (1.65s, 1s to hit). Has Fury damage and knockdown. May only get one or two hits due to small area of effect.

Fiery Fury (Lv30): Costs 8% HP, 25/57 MP. Consists of 3 attacks: a 5-shot spread (0.63x), a float (0.63x), and a homing shot (0.96x). Good, but not as effective as Charge.

Shield & Cannon (Lv40): Costs 10% HP, 35/72 MP. Deals 0.42x damage with Fury damage.
