Nobles Estate

First things first, leave the room you're in and head south. Enemies will come out of the nearby rooms, so be ready to fight them off. Once they're down, make sure to check the Footlockers in those rooms – good chance for some extra supplies.

Continue down the hall until you reach the next set of rooms. You'll see an eastern door; if your lockpicking skill is high enough, try to unlock it and the ornate chest nearby. Don't worry if you can't, we'll keep moving.

Head back to the hall and open the southern door. More guards are waiting for you here. Take them out, and be sure to loot the mage mercenary specifically – they drop the Artificer’s Canopy, which is a nice piece of gear.

There's another locked door in this area. If your skill allows, unlock it and prepare to face a Weapon Master. This is a tougher fight, but they drop some good stuff. After defeating them, check the armor stand and weapon stand nearby. You can find a Hard Line Coat and a Masterwork Leather Piece. The Weapon Master themselves is also carrying The Spellward, so don't miss that!

Now, head into the mess hall and clear out any remaining enemies. After that, open the northern door leading to the pantry. Inside, search the crate for anything useful.

From the pantry, go south through the kitchen. You'll find a small closet with a pile of sacks – give them a good loot.

Return to the kitchen and exit to the east. This will lead you to the farm area. Head there to meet up with Marjolaine.

After a scene plays out, Leliana will wake up in the dungeons. We'll pick up from there.
