Walkthrough

    In the Soothing Wetlands, look for two moving dust clouds. Head towards the one on the right first.

    Go to the shallow pool in the center and find a fallen log on the left. Retrieve the Damp Rock next to it.

    Head right from the pool towards the eastern side of the wetlands, near Brawler's Cave.

    Find a smaller pool with a log by the edge. Stand in the middle bunch of yellow flowers near this log. The Slowpoke should run into you.

    Defeat the Slowpoke to receive Klara or Avery’s Dojo Jacket.

    Check the other side of the log for TR45 Muddy Water.

    Turn left from the central pool, towards a large patch of tall grass. Head towards the vegetation to its left and pick up a bottle of Protein.

    Return to the central pool (where the Damp Rock was) and head towards the second moving dust-cloud, near a giant tree.

    Approach the tall grass to the left of the pool with the giant tree and stand inside the yellow flowers below it. The Slowpoke will run into you.

    Defeat this Slowpoke to receive the Dojo Tee and Shorts.

    Go past the giant tree towards the tall tower in the distance. Spot the third moving dust-cloud to the left, near a big patch of tall grass.

    Stand along the bottom part of the yellow tall grass. The Slowpoke will crash into you.

    Defeat this Slowpoke to receive the Dojo Gloves and Legwear.

    Optional: Near some vegetation in the direction of the distant tower, find a Poké Doll.

    Optional: Follow the river towards Courageous Cavern. To the left of the cave entrance, find TR26 Endure.

    Return to the Master Dojo. Honey and Mustard will welcome you.

    You will be given the choice to receive a Bulbasaur or Squirtle that can Gigantamax.

    Mustard will announce the second trial: find 3 Max Mushrooms.

    Honey will give you 5 Armorite Ore.
Tips
  • A dojo student may mention that a bike would be faster, but there's an easier method.
  • The Slowpoke follow predetermined paths, so if you miss them, they will loop back around.
  • You cannot catch these Slowpoke as they belong to Mustard.
  • After this trial, any Gigantamax-capable Pokémon can Gigantamax.
  • Armorite Ore can be used at the Move Tutor to teach new moves.
