Discover all the other activities available in Pokemon Sword and Shield's Isle of Armor DLC, including Restricted Sparring, obtaining Porygon, evolving Slowpoke, and more.

The Isle of Armor DLC for Pokémon Sword and Shield offers several unique activities beyond the main story. These include special sparring matches, opportunities to receive unique Pokémon and items, and ways to evolve specific Pokémon.

Restricted Sparring: After your initial battle with Mustard, a dojo student will introduce you to a new battle mode called Restricted Sparring.

Klara/Avery Commemorative T-Shirt: Speak to the dojo student left of the Battle Court entrance to receive the Klara 4-ever Casual Tee or Avery 4-ever Casual Tee. Speaking to them again provides a hint to find Klara/Avery.

Receive a Porygon: In Mustard and Hyde’s room (far right), inspect the Porygon next to Hyde to receive it for free. To evolve Porygon into Porygon2, trade it with an Upgrade item. To evolve Porygon2 into PorygonZ, trade it with a Dubious Disc.

• Upgrade Location: Head to Training Lowlands. With your back to the Warm-Up Tunnel entrance, go through the tall grass on the right to find the Upgrade.
• Dubious Disc Location: Fly to Armor Station in the Fields of Honor. Ride your bike into the ocean straight ahead to a small island with a Calcium. From there, find a larger island with a Pokémon Den. Navigate past the den to a rocky island, and to its right, a tiny island where the Dubious Disc is located.

Lady Clear: Return to the Calcium island (fly to Armor Station, turn 90 degrees left from the mainland). Before reaching an island with three trees, you'll find a small island with a lady who resets EVs for 10 Armorite Ore.

Zany Fashion: Inside Armor Station, near the ticket gates, a gentleman offers a W x F x G ensemble (casual tee, hoodie, patterned tights, sports cap) for 3,000 Poké Dollars.

Evolve your Slowpoke: Collect Galarica Twigs from sparkling spots across the Isle of Armor (RNG-dependent). Once you have 8 twigs, fly to Armor Station. Face the ocean and look right to an island with an archway. Paddle to this island and give the 8 Galarica Twigs to a lady to receive a Galarica Cuff, used to evolve Galarian Slowpoke.

• Additional Items: If you have both Slowpoke and Slowbro in your party when speaking to the lady on the island, you'll receive a Poke and Bro Boatneck Sweatshirt. Near the narrow part of the island, you can find TR43 Overheat. A roaming Rotom can also be found in the center of the island.

Rematch with Klara/Avery: After receiving a hint from the dojo student, head to Potbottom Desert via Training Lowlands. At the desert entrance, you'll encounter Klara/Avery and their Galarian Slowpoke, who will give you their Rare League Card. Return to the Master Dojo, and Klara/Avery will be available for daily rematches.
