Walkthrough
  1. 1
After purchasing the Expansion Pass, load your game and a pop-up will inform you that the Isle of Armor is accessible via the Wedgehurst train station. You will also receive the Armor Pass.
  2. 2
Travel to Wedgehurst train station. If you have not visited it recently, you may need to deal with a wandering Slowpoke first.
  3. 3
Speak to the male station staff to the right of the ticket gates. They will allow you to board a train to Armor Station after seeing your Armor Pass.
  4. 4
Upon arrival at Armor Station, a female researcher will offer to upgrade your Pokédex to include the Isle of Armor Pokédex.
  5. 5
Proceed towards the exit of the train station. A person will run off, leading to you being mistaken for a new dojo member by Klara or Avery.
  6. 6
You will be challenged to a battle by either Pokémon Trainer Klara or Pokémon Trainer Avery, depending on your game version.
  7. 7
After defeating Klara or Avery, you will receive a Style Card.
  8. 8
Exit the train station and head towards the Master Dojo. You will pass through the Fields of Honor.
  9. 9
Along the way, you will encounter an Alolan Diglett. Interacting with it will initiate the Great Diglett Hunt side quest.
  10. 10
Continue towards the Master Dojo and speak with Honey, the matron, to be invited inside.
  11. 11
Before entering the dojo, you can collect an Expert Belt from the left side of the dojo entrance and TR64 Focus Blast from the opposite side.
  12. 12
Near the end of the plateau past the dojo, you can find an HP Up next to a tree.
  13. 13
    Enter the Master Dojo.
Tips
  • The Pokémon encountered on the Isle of Armor are low level initially, scaling up once you become the Champion. It is recommended to visit either early in the game or after defeating the Champion for a more balanced experience.
  • The Isle of Armor functions like a Wild Area, allowing for exploration in any order.
  • The Style Card unlocks new customization options at hair salons and boutiques.
  • The Isle of Armor Pokédex tracks approximately 100 Pokémon from previous games not found in the base Sword and Shield.
  • The Great Diglett Hunt is a scavenger hunt to find lost Alolan Diglett, offering Alolan and non-Galarian Pokémon as rewards. A signboard near the Diglett owner indicates the number of Diglett remaining in each zone.
  • New Pokémon like Jigglypuff, Buneary, Abra, and Klefki can be found in the tall grass, while Galarian Slowpoke and evolved water-types are near the sea.
