Walkthrough

    As Sonic or Tails, reach the Launch Base Zone and find the Starpost located above the Mini-Boss.

    When you see the Starpost, switch from Debug Mode to Normal Mode.

    Activate the Starpost.

    Warning: Intentionally lose a life. This is required to access the Mini-Boss area.

    After respawning (returning to the Starpost), you will now be able to proceed right and then down to access the Mini-Boss area.

    The Mini-Boss Battle will begin, featuring two Mini-Bosses instead of one.

    If you destroy one Mini-Boss, the Act will end, but the remaining Mini-Boss will persist.

  • You cannot access the Mini-Boss area by going right and then down unless you intentionally lose a life after activating the Starpost in Normal Mode.
