    Locate the metal crate near the entrance of the Statue's stone walls. Inside, find an EMP GRENADE (disables electronics and robots, damages Bioelectric Energy if too close), a PEPPER GUN with a full cartridge, a PROD CHARGER, and a DataCube with the security computer login: NSF001, password: SMASHTHESTATE.

    Eliminate the lone NSF terrorist patrolling the area silently using the Baton or Riot Prod by observing his patrol route, crawling when near, and applying a melee weapon to his lower back for an OHKO (one-hit knockout).

    Deal with the patrolling security bot. Use the EMP Grenade found earlier if it's within the blast radius. If you have the GEP gun, you can destroy it. Otherwise, avoid it as it's too powerful for the 10mm pistol. Be aware that nearby NSF will investigate GEP gun explosions.

    If the bot is disabled, proceed Northeast to find the Terminal. Avoid the camera. Use the login NSF001/SMASHTHESTATE to turn off two cameras and set turrets to 'Bypassed'. Near the entrance, find two FLARES and a crate with a LOCKPICK. Beware of the NSF soldier inside this area.

    To the West, find a dark square stone building. Inside is a locked chest containing 30.06 AMMO and a 100 CREDIT CHIT. This chest can be unlocked later.

    Facing the North Docks, look Northeast for a dark pathway guarded by an NSF marksman with a sniper rifle. Sneak up on him from behind to take him down easily. Loot his body for a SNIPER RIFLE (or 30.06 AMMO if you already have one) and TECH GOGGLES.

    Head towards the North Docks entrance. To the West, facing the North Docks, you can find and defeat a sell-sword who carries TRANQUILIZER DARTS.

    On the North Docks, loot the UNATCO corpse for 3 FLARES and a pack of CIGARETTES. Sneak past, disable, or kill the two patrolling NSF members. The two crates in the middle contain 4 ROCKETS and 30.06 AMMO. At the Northeastern end, a crate holds a MEDKIT.

    Find a shack containing UNATCO informant Filben. To get the STATUE RUIN NANOKEY, you must promise to keep the commander of the local NSF alive. If you refuse, he will not give you the key.

    Inside Filben's shack, find another CROWBAR, a COMBAT KNIFE, 5 FLARES, and a FIRE EXTINGUISHER.

    Speak with the Drifter Woman outside the shack to buy items: 30.06 AMMO for 300 credits, 10MM AMMO for 175 credits, and DARTS for 50 credits.

  • The EMP GRENADE is superior for disabling the security bot as it doesn't attract nearby NSF as much as a GEP gun explosion.
