    Hela is vulnerable to gas attacks. If you don't kill her, you can obtain a LAW, a SAWED-OFF SHOTGUN, and a SCOPE WEAPON MODIFICATION from her.

    If you chose the West path, open the manhole cover. On the way, find a CROWBAR and a LOCKPICK in crates.

    Head South towards two French police officers and a cook. Approach the cook. Police will become hostile if a Peacebringer or MJ12 Troopers attack you.

    Beware of a patrolling MJ12 Trooper near the pillars, who carries a SCOPE WEAPON MODIFICATION. A Bravo-3 Peacebringer to the North may also spot you.
