Part 7

Locate a MEDKIT and a PS20 (a single-use stealth pistol with perfect base accuracy that causes splash damage) near a crate.

To get behind the lasers and free Gunther, you need to disable the control panel with a Multitool.

Find the ventilation shafts Alex mentions and use your Light Augmentation (a type of augmentation that enhances vision in dark areas) to navigate them.

Follow the ventilation shafts until you find a MULTITOOL.

Continue past a locked room (requiring a Lockpick) to find an office containing a MEDKIT, another PS20, and a DataCube with ATM login information.

Return to the main hall. To deal with the three NSF (National Secessionist Force) members behind the lasers, wait near the lasers and shoot one with a Tranq. Dart.

Allow the NSF member to sound the alarm, then hide in the vent shaft and close the grate.

Crawl to the nearby room with the locked door and open it to shoot from a more advantageous position.

Continue this pattern of shooting and hiding until all three NSF members are eliminated.

With all opponents eliminated, you can use the ATM info (Account# 230023, PIN# 4558) to withdraw 200 credits.

Pass the lasers. Turn right (East), then left (North). In this room, you can find a LAM (a medical item) and TECH GOGGLES on top of crates.

The door in this room is the one you could have seen from the other side by crawling through the vents.

Proceed to the room next to Gunther's cell. A camera is located around the corner from the entrance.

You can bypass the camera with a Multitool, but it's not necessary. It will trigger the alarm and activate a turret.

Stand next to the Terminal to avoid the turret's targeting; stick to the right side to remain safe.

Use the Security Terminal (login: NSF001, password: SMASHTHESTATE) to disable cameras and turrets, and to unlock the door to Gunther.

Before approaching Gunther, be aware that he requires a weapon. If you toss your Pistol, JC will comment on his insufficient armament. You can throw your Pistol to Gunther, and he will still be satisfied. If you refuse to give him your Pistol, his attitude will be negatively influenced. If you don't have your Pistol, JC will offer his Combat Knife. If you have neither, JC will offer nothing.

On the table near Gunther, you can find a BATON and an ACCURACY WEAPON MODIFICATION.

Free Gunther to earn 150 SP (Skill Points).

If you opened Gunther's door with the Terminal but did not set it to Unlocked, he will trap you inside. A brick to the left of the door can be pushed to open it.

You can follow Gunther outside; he is invulnerable to enemy fire and will engage any NSF he encounters. You can pick up a Pistol from fallen enemies if you wish.

Return to the main hall with the torch. If you trigger the alarm, wait for it to end to avoid an active turret. If you disable all security, the camera will be off.

Ascend five stairs to encounter two NSF members. You can sneak past them or eliminate them to obtain TRANQUILIZER DARTS from the Mercenary Thug.

Continue ascending stairs. Alex will discuss Gunther and urge you to proceed to the command post.

Upon hearing about the plague vaccine, Ambrosia, you will earn 150 SP PROGRESS BONUS for climbing stairs to the command post.

Be alert for two final terrorists before reaching the NSF commander. You can overhear a conversation between them that changes based on whether you rescued Gunther.

You can sneak past these static guards or use a Dart on the East wall to distract them while you race past.

Upon entering the top floor, you will obtain 750 SP CRITICAL LOCATION BONUS for entering the command post of the Statue of Liberty.

Speak with Colonel Leo Gold. Do not threaten him, as he will become violent. He has three dialogue scenes.
