The Profane and the Lost Quest Walkthrough

Start the Quest: After completing 'Blood of Arlathan' and returning to The Lighthouse, accept 'The Profane and the Lost' quest. Travel to Hossberg Wetlands and meet Davrin in the Grey Hold.

Find and Rescue the Griffons: You'll start in the Lotus Cave within the Deep Roads. Follow the path to a lift, use it, and prepare to fight Na-Than, the Blighted Warden. He has an Armor gauge and is weak to Fire but resistant to Necrotic. Use Heavy Attacks or direct damage abilities to break his armor and shield. Stun-locking is possible if aggressive.

Find a Way Through Profane Weisshaupt: After defeating Na-Than, loot the Absorb Rune. Proceed through the doors into the Broken Shoreline. Davrin will note the resemblance to Weisshaupt. Continue east, dealing with Blighted Wardens and Darkspawn. Enter the profane city. You'll encounter Alpha Hurlocks; it's best to fight them near the entrance to funnel them. Loot a gear chest by climbing ledges to the east. Find and burst the first Boil on the southern stairs, then the second one above and to the right of the next doorway. Enter the War room, loot the gear chest, and proceed through the large doors. Loot the Memento in the next room and go up the southern stairs.

Find a Way Out of the Dungeon: The Blighted bridge will collapse, dropping you to a lower ledge. Find another hole to drop into. Navigate the Darkspawn Dungeons, avoiding explosive Blight balls and bursting any Boils. Follow the path, defeat Darkspawn, and loot another gear chest. Take the western stairs out of the dungeons after dealing with a horde of Darkspawn.

Reach Garahel’s Point: Upon reaching Garahel’s Point, you'll meet Assan. Use his ability to hit the Blight Abscess above to the west and burst the Boil to drop a ladder. Climb it, loot the gear chest to your left, and head northwest to face more Darkspawn. Prioritize the Unstoppable Berserker.

Confront Isseya: Burst all Blight Boils surrounding Isseya and those leading to her to stop her ritual and initiate the boss fight. Isseya is weak to Fire and resistant to Necrotic. She has a Barrier that needs to be depleted with ranged attacks or direct damage abilities. The arena will change during the fight.
