This guide details the locations of all 13 Evanuris Altars in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Each altar requires specific quests or conditions to be met for access, and often involves finding several targets in the vicinity.

1. Evanuris Altar 1 - Elvhenan’s Haven (The Crossroads)
   Requires completing Harding’s The Waiting Stone companion quest and the Gate of Fades Glories side quest. From the Beacon, head northwest, go through the hole in the wall, and complete the bridge puzzle. Follow the northeastern path, climb the eastern ledge, and the altar will be found. Targets are located east (below the climbable ledge), west (by a pillar near the western bridge), southwest (in the open field), and southwest (behind a pillar near a bridge lever).
2. Evanuris Altar 2 - Shadowy Grove (Arlathan Forest)
   Requires accepting the Spirits of the Dalish side quest from Ruins Reach. From the Nameless Building Beacon, head east, descend the ladder into Shadow Grove. Follow the eastern path to the southeast corner, past the wolf statue, and up a small slope. The altar is at the top. Targets are north (opposite the altar), north (on the slope behind the first target), west (above the wolf statue), and northwest (behind the wolf statue).
3. Evanuris Altar 3 - Riverside Ruins (Arlathan Forest)
   Requires accepting the Spirits of the Dalish side quest from Ruins Reach. From the Ancient Aqueduct Beacon, head west into Riverside Ruins, then drop east. The altar is to your right. Targets are northeast (opposite the altar), east (to the right of the previous target), west (on rocks above where you dropped to reach the altar), and northwest (across the river above a pillar).
4. Evanuris Altar 4 - Heights of Athim (The Crossroads)
   From the Beacon, follow the southeast path, climb the ladder past the shack, and cross the wooden bridge. The altar is to your left. Targets are west (top of a snowy slope), north (inside a dilapidated building), northeast (through a hole in the wall on a lower platform), and northeast (on a wooden path above a tower). Accessible during and after “A Wardens Best Friend” quest.
5. Evanuris Altar 5 - Converged City (The Crossroads)
   Requires completion of the Gate of Lost Ages quest. After passing through the gate, clear red crystals and defeat the golem to open a locked gate leading to the southwest alcove where the altar is located. Targets are west (at the end of a path past stairs), east (above rubble), north (at the bottom of stairs to the west), and northeast (near the area’s Beacon).
6. Evanuris Altar 6 - Ancient Aqueduct (Arlathan Forest)
   Requires being on or having completed Davrin’s How to Train a Griffon companion quest. Head east across the bridge from the quest start, follow the path northeast to a cave with a door. Go through the door, then right; the altar is to your left. Targets are located within the room before the altar. (The source text cuts off here).
