Achievements Obtainable:

Nobody Likes A Whiner (+5G / Bronze): Knock out the talent at the talk show. When you meet the complaining guy after signing autographs and talking to Johnny, smack him in the jaw.
Noms (+10G / Bronze): Eat 10 pieces of food during the SP (single-player) campaign. There are many food items scattered throughout the level, such as from vending machines or trays of donuts.

Walkthrough

Proceed to the set, stopping in the hallway for snacks to work towards the Noms achievement.

In the Employee Lounge, you can find microwave treats like The Rat or microwave popcorn.

After Duke's interview is cancelled, exit the stage to your left.

Warning: Punch out the 'talent guy' if you wish to earn the Nobody Likes A Whiner achievement.

Head through the door at the top of the stairs.

In the bathroom or dressing room, you can pick up Ego Boosts if you missed them.

Follow the escaping civilians to your personal elevator and head up.

The power cuts out before reaching the top floor; open the emergency hatch and climb out.

Perform a Strength Tap to force the doors open and walk up the stairs.

A kid is blocking your throne and wants a picture taken; snap the picture to make him leave.

Sit on your throne to finish the level.

Tips

You can find food items like vending machine snacks and trays of donuts throughout the level for the Noms achievement.
The Employee Lounge offers microwave treats such as The Rat or microwave popcorn.
You can earn the Nobody Likes A Whiner achievement by punching out the complaining guy on the talk show set.
If you pick up The Rat, you can carry it with you. In the bathroom or dressing room, you can see your reflection with the Rat squirming in your hand.
Impossible Death: Touching electrical outlets can damage Duke and drain his Ego, eventually killing him. Several outlets are located in hallways and a dressing room.
Pointless Fun: On XBox360 and PS3 versions, throwing a bag of popcorn at the guy in the pink shirt who passes out next to the microwave will move him. The Rat also does strange things if dropped on him. This glitch is not present in the Steam version, though popcorn still moves him.
Sign the kid's autograph book for an Ego Boost before stepping onto the stage.
