Duke Nukem Forever game modes include Sandbox, Call of Duke, Inferno, and 2Forts1Bridge, each with unique weapon replacements.

Game Modes and Weapon Replacements:

• Sandbox: Replaces the Pipe Bomb with the Sticky Bomb.
• Call of Duke: Replaces the RPG with the N00b T00b.
• Inferno: Replaces the Enforcer Gun with the DFG.
• 2Forts1Bridge: Replaces the Ripper with the Tittanya.

Additionally, the DLC (downloadable content — extra missions or items released after launch) (Downloadable Content) add-on "The Doctor Who Cloned Me" introduces extra maps. Each of these DLC maps allows the use of the Impregnader and Expander weapons.
