Mafia Hack Trainer (by neophit): Offers Unlimited Health (mates must be hurt first), Unlimited Ammo (F9), Instant Kills (F8), No Engine Damage (F7), Unlimited Fuel (F6), Stop Timer (F4), Instant Destruction (F3), No Police (F2), Always Win Race (0), and One Lap Race (9).

Weapon Manager (Keys 1-8): Allows you to change weapons and items (like Dogs head, documents, safe key, sword, broken bottle top). To use, ensure Tommy is not in a vehicle, press a weapon manager key (1-8), and open the Inventory to initialize. Repeatedly pressing the key cycles through available items for that slot. Close the Inventory to see the change. This must be done in each main story mission where you want to change weapons, but changes are saved for free roam (FR) and Freeride Extreme (FRE). Ensure keybinds do not conflict with other programs like FRAPS.

Mafia 1.2 +4 Trainer (by neophit): Provides invincibility, never reloading, unlimited ammo, 1 lap race, and reset options. Note: Anti-virus software may flag trainers due to their use of hotkeys; configure your software to accept them.

CityBars Mod (a community-made modification that changes the game) & Locomotive v1.0 (by GOLOD55): In Freeride, allows entry into 15 buildings from main story missions (more in v2.0). A steam locomotive passes through northern Hoboken every 15 minutes in Freeride City-Daytime. The train is non-solid except to Tommy or his vehicle. The mod includes an installer.

Fr Ramp Mod / FreeRide Ramp Mod (by Smelli): Adds the jump ramps from Freeride Extreme to Freeride. Car repair and weapon purchases are disabled while this mod is active; the "19+ Trainer" by FairLight is included.

Free Camera Mod (by GOLOD55): Frees the camera for both on-foot and in-vehicle gameplay in Freeride City-Daytime.

Lost Heaven 1932 v1.0 (by Pavel): Adds over a hundred free-standing cars, more interactive characters, and scripts.

Characters HQ Mod v1.0 (by Mafioso): Provides HQ versions of main characters: Tommy, Paulie, Sam, Frank, Ralph, Salieri, Vincezno, and Morello.

Change of Day Mod (by Pinkshit): Makes the City of Lost Heaven cycle between day and night every 36 minutes. Requires patching the game with Mafia DataXtractor v.1.1 and placing folders in a "mission" folder. Cannot be used with the "CityBars" mod.

Sky Mod (by Sir Killalot): Allows selection from various skies (cloudy, rainy, etc.).

The Mafia TreeS Project v3.0 (by fowner): Improves the visual quality of trees in the game.

FR-FRE map by Gavel: A map highlighting interesting and secret locations, cars, tips, safe parking spots for FR, and secret doors. To use, save the map as '0mapar.bmp' in the maps folder, backing up the original.

Airplane Mod V1.0 (by GSTR): Allows Tommy to fly a 1930s military trainer plane (Boeing Stearman PT-17) over the City of Lost Heaven. For later game versions, "Mafia Swap 101" may be needed to run as v1.0.

The Mafia Titanic Mod (by Mr Robville): Adds the RMS Titanic with missions.

Mafia 60's Mod (by Priatnia & MafiaMan9mm): Exchanges many vehicles, scripts, and skins, adding new effects, gangs, detectives, and catapults for a more challenging Freeride. Cars added are from the 1950s and 1960s.

Two-tone '57 Chevy Custom V2 & Chevrolet Hardtop 1957 (by Klarnetist, converted by MafiaMan9mm): Adds quality custom vehicles. Rename the model folder file to match an in-game car file name.

Mafia Community Modpack v2 / Mafia Remastered: A collection of modifications.

Steam/GOG Hotfix: A patch for specific versions of the game.
